Fap 1 Posted August 16, 2012 There's a pretty big bug at the end of this video A jet crashing into a tree but nothing gets broken, and the LoD issues are extreme aswell :/ Even with everything on low, damnit. There is your problem, on average system very High default setting runs better than anythign elseand LOD switchign is reduced significantly by VERY HIGH setting too. I normally run the game on max with MSAA 4x 7950 @ 1230 core and 1770 mem Phenom II x4 955 @ 4.1 GHz Raid 0 setup with over 360mb/s bandwidth and very low seek time, defragged with ultimate defrag with ArmA 2 folder as highest performance/read time... Beagle 684 Posted August 17, 2012 even with is the wrong exspectation since LOD switching gets worse, not better with LOW setting. Next question would be what version of the engine you're talking about. Build number simply because LOD switching with last stable build got much better overall but pretty bad again with some recent beta versions. Without data all of this is just gueswork.
