problem with muti player

im having problem with the muti player

i tried muti player a while ago and it works fine

but now when i join or create a game everything seems fine. but after the game finish loading i will be stuck on a screen with a over view of the town. just a picture with back ground sound (raining sometimes).

i can play dayz fine just not the maps within arma 2 oa or custom maps.

this is the place i will be stuck at if im the maker of the game. if u i join my friends game i will be stuck in the receive data part.

What do you mean "overview" of the town? Are you a bird or do you just see the town?

And Multi-player mod? What mod do you mean.
