Covert Anti Narcotic Operations. Lingor Island

Part 1 *Villa assault

•4 man Assault team / 2 man sniper team

•Optional revive/respawn (Co Op)

•Fast rope /Halo insertions

•Close quarter combat

•Custom radio chat

Intelligence sources have revealed the location of the notorious Ligor cartel leader Ramon Rabante.

A Navy Seal assault team are to launch an attack against the Villa and assassinate Rabante.

Search for and recover any intel from the site which may unearth the location of the Lingor cartel's Drug Manufacturing Plant's.

A UK Special Forces Recce team are in position over looking the target building. They will provide overwatch for the Navy Seal assault.

Part 2 *Charlie Takedown

•Optional revive/respawn (Co Op)

•Fast rope /Halo insertions

•Stealth approach

•Custom radio chat

Intel recovered from the Villa raid has revealed a wealth of information on the cartels various operations,

including the locations of 3 of the Cartels major Drug Manufacturing plants.

Infiltrate the Narco camps and destroy the DMP's.

Part 3 *Tak - Air

•Optional revive/respawn (Co Op)

•Fast rope /Halo insertions

•Stealth approach

•Custom radio chat

Intel recovered from the Narco DMP's has revealed that the Air and sea freight service Tak -Air

is a cover business for the Cartels smuggling operations. Cocaine is delivered from the DMP's to the small port at Calamar then smuggled out of the country from the nearby Airfield concealed inside the Air-Tak cargo planes.

Insert into the area and proceed with an assault on the Narco airfield followed by an assault against the nearby dockyard.

Guys i have many further ideas to develop in the Narco Wars series.

However lack of feedback, either it be good or bad is preventing me from proceeding.

Sorry mate, ACE only. Feel free to edit to your needs.

Have had a few minor bugs reported. Think they are Lingor island issues.

On leaving a mission an Error message "any random script" missing, game is looking for scripts which are no longer running ?

Not a game breaker, just annoying. Anyone have similar issues ?

The first two missions were spot on. Nice work shark attack!

But i cant for the life of me find part 3 ???

There will be 3 missions in total for the =RTY=Narco wars series

don't know if it depends on my love for Lingor island, but in my opinion Shark's attack missions are some of the best missions i 've ever played in this 3 years

I play as SL in an italian ARMA2 team and sometimes with the new guys getting in the squad i am used to make them playing you missions (so i know very well the stuff and i can make a very good impression to the newbiies :yay:)

I really love the first mission eof the Narco's campaign with helo insertion.

Keep on guys .... i wait some more stuff from you

Excellent missions, however we are adopting/remaking them to suit our playstyle (no respawn, other loudout etc...), i dont know if i can really give feedback about that, because what we change is a matter of taste i guess.

What we like is the overall setting, background, atmosphere,voice acting... u can clearly see this is made by an experienced missionbuilder

How the hell did I miss this thread?! Shark attack, we played villa assault and it was just awesome!

I'm with RunForrest on this, I wish you made a SIDE or GROUP respawn version.

I had the pleasure of playing some missions with the author and enjoyed the hell out of it.

What amazed me was that even Shark-Attack himself was being surprised at some of the randomness of events that were taking place.

Thx for the fun, SA! Looking forward to doing that again.

Nah sorry i dont think so, first im not the one reworking them, all work is done by Spiderman, maybe i will just add a bit here and there, and right now we are doing the opposite and reworking all our missions from vanilla to ace.

If it would be a mission from myself that wouldnt be much of a problem, because first i would build it for vanilla and add ACE later in a second version. But with a mission from someone else, that is already based on ACE that is to much of a hassle for me.

Going back to the drawing board with Narco wars.

I am planning on combining Narco wars and BAF commandos + several new missions and releasing seperate versions.

A single player campaign - vanilla and ACE

co op versions of missions - vanilla and ACE with revive script - with group spawn - with ace wounds.

10 missions in all (so far)

Great news shark-attack! looking forward to all of it, and especially for the GROUP respawn coop version. Just remember to make this version a bit less crowded with enemies ;)

One thing im gonna address for sure is the balance of enemy units.

Things are a bit arcade style at the moment with revive activated ...
