Need help with several mission issues, including AI not attacking intended targets.

First off I'd like to say I'm a complete beginner when it comes to scripting, so if you can please be as simple as possible when explaining my errors it would be much appreciated .

To start off with my problem, my main issue at the moment is when my attacking party reaches the base gates the AI just stand there (Or even in some runs just drive on by) without attacking each other like they're friends.

Considering I just "learned" how to do waypoints by scripting this morning it may be that the issue lies within my waypoint scripts.

My other issues are stuff I'd like to implement but don't know how

  • Airstrike against base (I have a group of Jets but a simple destroy waypoint just makes them fly around and not attack targets).

  • Place enemy officer in building and have the Obj.'s as capturing officer & building.


  • Have a few groups stand in a formation (Muster/accountability formation), but still react and take cover when the base is attacked.

For those who do want to go the extra mile to help me by checking the folder it should be pretty obvious what I want to get out of the mission, defend the base and/or attack the enemies one. Any suggestions on how to make this better, more dynamic or just more efficient please do tell since I'm making this for me and my group of friends.
