Archis 1 Posted June 16, 2012 (I'm not very good at banners :/) Hi everyone, I'm Archis. I've been hard at work the past 3 weeks working on a ArmA II scenario. Takistan Civil Survival drops you in a random town in the vast country of Takistan. Your task is to survive as long as possible in the OPFOR military controlled state, with fierce fighting between them and BLUFOR, after becoming detached from your KSK scout squad. You start out with limited weapons but there are hidden(?) weapon caches all around the country, usually guarded by the Takistani Army or Militia, which include various weapons and items which can help you stay alive for longer. This is currently a very basic scenario that is early in development. In the future I want to see this become something like a living country and with hunger and thirst elements like in the ever popular 'DayZ'. I would just like to know if anybody would be interested in this. I know it's going to be hard, but that's the fun of it. If anybody wants to try this out, the download link is below. You need ArmA II: Combined Operations. You'll also need British Armed Forces if you want hi-res textures on the British units, vehicle and weapons. v0.5- First Release http://www.mediafire.com/?paq7hqps99kwk39 It's nowhere near a completed state yet, there aren't enough units, weapon caches, vehicles etcetera, but if this gets a good response, I'll make sure I continue this. Thanks for reading :)
Bozkro 1 Posted June 16, 2012 That is awesome! Way to go man! I love that storyline, Its like a World-War II, Nazi-Controlled Germany sort of ideal, Except its modern-ish, and no sort of Dictatorship! Amazing!!

I thought the storyline was a bit boring to be honest, I may change it later.
