issue with BattleEye and Steam ARMA2

Im having problems with installations of BattleEye under Steam for my Arma2+OA.

iv read many complaints about this problem, but none of the solutions i found there helped me.

1) When i check Arma2 files consistency via steam - it says that 1 file is missing and downloads something. But then again - nothing happens and every time im checking Arma2 files - it always says that 1 is missing.

2) When im trying to reinstall BattleEye for Arma2 it says "servers blah blah, try again later". When im trying to reinstall it for Arma2 OA - message "MISSING STRING" pops and nothing happens (wtf?).

3) When im running BE Setup from Arma 2 directory - BEClient.dll appears, but im still getting kicked from any servers.

4) When im downloading BEClient directly from BE site and placing it to specific folder - no effect. m still cant play.

I tried to completely delete Arma 2 and reinstall it and OA, i even reinstalled Steam, but .. meh.

Also i dont have any routers or firewalls. And my connection is p good.

#3 was happening to a friend of mine as well. Maybe a steam game issue. Hopefully it gets fixed.
