Die Alive 0 Posted June 17, 2002 Anyone remember this date in history? I remembe I was studying for an exam the next morning, I had the basketball playoff game on and at halftime they went live to the car chase. Now at that time I only knew OJ from his Naked Gun series, and here he is running away from the police at a snails pace. I guess that kinda sparked the interest in the whole OJ Simpson trail, if it wasn't for that car chase, it would of been just another murder trial. -=Die Alive=-
Akira 0 Posted June 17, 2002 I remember watching the chase too....remember thinking "This whole thing is gonna be fucked up." Boy was I right Read on IMDb that OJ Simpson was considered for the part of the Terminator in the first movie.....holy god that woulda sucked.

LoL, OJ a seal, lol. That movie probably sucked as bad as Navy Seal with Charlie Sheen. -=Die Alive=-
Mister Frag 0 Posted June 17, 2002 I remember that well. The office I worked at at the time was about three miles from the 405 freeway and OJ's residence, and we could see about a dozen choppers buzzing around, first following the Bronco, and then circling his home in Brentwood. The office I am working in now is maybe 1/2 mile from the home on Bundy Drive where Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman were murdered.
advocatexxx 0 Posted June 17, 2002 Didn't they discuss OJ for a couple of years on the tv ? every show, newscast, etc. I say put it behind you.
Mister Frag 0 Posted June 17, 2002 There are still people making a buck off the whole thing. The guys selling "Maps to the Stars" that indicate where celebrities live or lived, the ones running tours with stops at the murder site and taking pictures etc. I can sort of understand the people running the tour, for them it is a way to make a living, but I always wonder about the people taking those tours -- what do they get out of it? Are they really going to hang on to the pictures and proudly share them with friends and relatives back home?
