special_air_service 10 Posted May 1, 2012 That´s the ping. Yellow means bad connection , red that the connection is very bad Thank you :) , everytime I am connected and about to play why is it receiving files in numerous KBs , is that downloading some 3rd party map (unofficial or mod not from Bohemia Interactive) will change my vanilla ArmA II File ? ck-claw 1 Posted May 1, 2012 It's down loading the mission file, only happens the once. Then the mission is stored in your mp mission cache.
special_air_service 10 Posted May 1, 2012 It's down loading the mission file, only happens the once. Then the mission is stored in your mp mission cache. so, it will not affecting my original vanilla ArmA II file at all ? and single player campaign as well ? ck-claw 1 Posted May 1, 2012 No,the 'mp mission cache' is separate from them- it's d/loading the mission file cause you don't actually have it. Now if you go on the same server, or another server running the same mission, you won't have to d/load it again.
