The Equip System need rework

In example equip the Walrus:

I placed the armor at slot #4

Then I placed the Hacking device at #3

the Armaor @ #4 vanished.... But why?

When it has to do with max. payload then why the heck isn't this displayed?

Same for the weapons.

At Mantas same precedure.

I vote for an drag'n drop solution, which shows me immediatly when my action will remove a current installed item.

The small solution would be to implement a warning when I click on a new item which cause an already installed item to be deinstalled.

Hope my German/English is understandable :-(

hacking devices and similar can only be loaded on walruses in combination with light weapons and light armor.

Although I agree that it would be nice to have an indication if the combination you want to have is compatible before you equip the unit.

The game shows little arrows on the list which indicate what will happen.

<> - the new item will replace the existing item in this slot

>> - the new item will be added to this slot

<< - this already-installed item will be removed from this slot

Drag and drop is so 1988. ;)

(I don't think it's a payload limit, but rather that some items are incompatible with each other)

Quick question. What goes in slot 2 of the walrus? slot 1 seems to be weapon, slot 3 seems to be utility and slot 4 is Armour.
