Had to wait, cause my brother was playing "mouse trap" on our Atari for Ages! This time no one will stop me!!!! It's my OWN PC and no one will playing mousetrap on my PC!!!!!! 9 wire guided rockets + a virus bomb! It's all mine! ;) It took more than 20 years til my favourite game until today got a remake. If there is only one Server with an 100 MBit Connection, devide it and you are at 260Kb/s if there is no other traffic..... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
mahuja 12 Posted April 6, 2012 260Kb/s 260 kb/s (bits) is 32 kB/s (bytes). The latter is the value we'd see in our browsers. Downloading the 1.5 GB would take about 13 hours. It's nearly 10 times faster than a typical 56k modem connection. (Note, numbers do not account for protocol overheads.) Scale up to a gigabit internet connection, and you're at ~320kBps each. mahuja 12 Posted April 6, 2012 It was available for a little bit - but the downloader was trying to download some completely wrong file that didn't even exist. Then the downloader was removed again, they're probably putting up a fixed version in a little bit.
