Strange Helipad Anomaly

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

I've just completed an airfield template and have come across a strange anomaly with the H objects in the editor. I have placed H's under my empty helo's....

As you can see there are no other H's placed apart from the ones seen here. There are also no invisible ones placed.

Yet when I preview it shows up like this.

I am using Norrins evac/taxi scripts and originally though I'd messed up the init, but it's all good. Then I removed Norrins scripts and any objects associated with them just to be sure, and they are still there.

There is one invisible H placed in a different location being used for a helo that is dropping some soldiers back at base, but I do this all the time.

There is also only one H underneath each helo.

Any ideas? I've never come across it before.

Regards,

Grub

Hey Grub,

there are three or four (map-) preplaced H's on that airstrip. They don't appear in the map view in the editor. They are west of those buildings where you placed your helos ...

Take a look at the area without your template and you will see that BIS has placed helipads there.
