Is anyone else finding that the M119 battery computer won't eject solutions anymore? At least not for 3-4km ranges. Maps were Desert and Fallujah.

Can I set pickle to another key? I'm using joystick and then I press fire (which I have on joy button 1), nothing happens, so I have to press left mouse button.

Sadly there is no way to access joystick events in Arma. This is a severely lacking feature in the engine and one that needs to be solved ASAP for CCIP to work well. Right now the only option is to bind somehow your joystick to emulate the mouse 1 key if possible. In the future I will also add in a keyboard combo that hopefully people can bind to their joysticks.

Also, here is an excellent video from Dslyecxi introducing the new parts of the HUD and how to use CCIP/CCRP consent.

Every CCIP release I have tried in an A10 results in the bomb exploding instantly against my fuselage, but the Harrier works fine. I have also observed some wonky flight behavior with the A10's Mk. 82s.

Are there any plans to bring CCIP to the Russian jets?

Hi, I have a problem with flashbangs, the stable flashbangs work fine but the new ones, it seems the stun radius is too close and my camera gets blurry when I'm not looking and the flashbang is 10 feet away from me. Also, the AI doesn't seem to be affected by the flashbang as much as they were in stable version

Sorry if that been asked before, but is the ACE team gonna adapt config for new ACR DLC ? some of the vehicle are bugged with ACE currently and that's completely understandable since it's late release.

Check the following ticket: https://dev-heaven.net/issues/39442

Xeno

My apologies Xeno but I'm having trouble drawing any conclusion from that discussion. From what I gather due to the way BIS implemented/released this DLC it will be very difficult to make it ACE compatible. Is that correct?

I didn't realize it was so different than PMC and BAF. That's really a shame. Not sure why BIS did it like that. Woulda been better if it was "required" via DLC or lite via a future patch. Not a good move BIS IMHO. It kinda makes it pointless for me to make missions using the new DLC. :(

By the way, glad to see you ACE guys are still at it. After all these years that's incredible. That's dedication and nobody can ever blame you guys for not giving a s&^t. Respek to you guys.

Yeah the ACE team have gone way beyond any ones expectations i mean damn look what they have added and continue to do so TBH I would say ACE mod is the biggest and most updated mod for any game?.

Is there anyway to slingload a downed aircraft? I can sling trucks and cars fine, but I cant sling a helicopter. I can attach the rope to the aircraft, just cant attach it to the hovering aircradt. A Chinook can sling an Apache or a Blackhawk (seen in IRL in Iraq), so I think it would be cool to be able to sling a downed aircraft and return it to base for repairs.

Sorry if this has been posted, but what happened to Bink's Marines being included?

IIRC, they had some problems with LODs and shadows that Bink wouldn't\couldn't fix, so it was dropped.

So, I'm trying to test the new CCRP bombing mode, but the bombs refuse to drop. The gun works though when I select that. What is wrong?

You have to hold the fire key until the bomb drops.

No, that doesn't work. I found out that the left mouse button will drop the bombs though, but I'm using a joystick to fly. How can I use the joystick fire button to drop the bombs? The joystick fire button does work to fire the gun, but not to drop bombs in CCRP mode.

That's your problem. You can either make your joystick emulate the left mouse button through the driver software or use your mouse to fly.

I don't think it's my problem if suddenly there is an aircraft weapon that doesn't work with the joystick fire button. I have tried every vanilla aircraft since the original Arma 2 was released, and quite a few aircraft in addons/mods and ToH, and I have never encountered a weapon that doesn't work with the joystick fire button until now. Too bad, this new CCRP mode is a really awesome improvement, I hope this gets fixed so it can be used by all of us who flies with joysticks too.
