How to make AI do exact actions

Im thinking about making a campaign/ mission. I wanted to know how make ai do exact actions, for imersion, such as breaching with every ai going a certain way, or something to that effect?

ArmA2 had some door breaching animations, you might look into those. Usually though having AI do something even vaguely reminiscent of what you intended is a win. :)
