Getting a loudspeaker to play music?

Anyone know how i could do this? Im trying to get the loudspeaker at a F.O.B to play music. I've tried playmusic and say3D on the speakers but it would not work.

Any help would be appreciated cheers

Do you have a sound file?

Have you created a description.exe and if you have you'ill need to load the mission and not just run it or it won't work.
