Hello ,

I present very simple mission for having fun whilst learning flight model of TOH

Overview

simply approach bare trees and hover so hook is close to it, fly to nearby truck with ( sillly looking ) trailer amd release .

After eight logs are placed truck will move off.

Very simple mission please feel free to make your own and release , i never have time for elaborate missions so its very simple, however i am learning scripted waypoint config next so making own will be much simpler :).

1x watermisc ( bucket and some pool of water

1 x thromp_tree ( includes a tree and a firestarter module and a module to start bare tree field)

1 x Thromp_hsim_terrain ( very basic but good fps )

1 x thromp_cart . trailer for logs

Installation

place missions in mydocs\toh(or toh other) profiles\missions

place addons in any @ folder of your choosing and start with usual -mod parameter to suite

download at base off spoiler

hmm thanks for headsup, seems after 7 days it just changes the file to someone elses lol.

Hi Thromp,

Sometimes when I close the hook, no tree is attached although I'm hovering close to it. I'm wondering I may be too low... Is there an optimal height to attach the trees to the hook??

Also if you close and open the hook 8 times in succession even with no tree attached, the truck will drive off...

EDIT: I notice when the tree no longer attaches that it's because I broke the connection between the hook and the cable.

Why does the hook remains attached to the tree but breaks from the cable??

Hi

I dont know , i thought parameters were set for strong rope , but yes it breaks , i will try take a look ASAP , i only have 1 hour in evenings to play and edit so it all take time :)

i think for 8 * without tree and truck going , i needed to put isnull tree then exitwith and so it just completes the script regardless at moment .

I try to fix before weekend thanks for pointing out problem :)
