Terrain grid affecting instruments ?

Hi i made a terrain 40m cell it works nice

i decided i want more detail and reduce cell size to 10 meters in visitor ,terrain loads and plays as expected.

same config only adjust landgrid = 10 ( prev 40) However all the instruments are now static .

Does the xml or something else rely on a rigid cell size ?

Solved , My problem was i did not place correct value in the offset for 10km terrain :0
