Orford 10 Posted November 7, 2011 (edited) Would it be possible for owners of multiplayer server to have a sticky for there server. Name. Server IP Contact info/website map/mission Admins Teamspeak/vent/mumble details. Then those of us who will be looking for well run, like minded online flights can get together and have some community run events based on ToH. At the moment its a bit hit and miss. Will be free flight for a few days untill I can get a mission I am working on completed. this will be a true flight opperations server , no combat no guns just various helio operations . air lifts , etc . will have ip and info shortly as soon as the server is up and I can get it sorted out Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
sickboy 13 Posted November 7, 2011 Server owners could setup a configuration file for Six Updater for their server, and put it in their server name; http://six.dev-heaven.net/wagn/Six_Updater+Documentation#Server%20Owners Users using the Six Updater Server browser can then easily access the homepage with information, or configured teamspeak servers, or even grab mods and missions needed for the server. It can also automatically join the TS server and right channel on joining the server (through SU). Would still like some info here so people who have bought the game can meet up and see what's planned on what day and what server. Makes the game look more inviting too. Sixupdater can take care of any files but knowing its going on, date and time would be a great start. I have access to a dedi box running i7 960 8gb ram 100meg connection.
