New Metallica and Lou Reed track

Recommended Posts

I'm a big time fan of Metallica.. Hands down the best live shows and love their albums.....

Lou is a bit of a leg end too...

... But Holy satan riding a turtle this track "The view" Is an absoloute crock of shite.... If my ears had mouths they would have thrown up blood and internals.....

This is absoloutely awfull....

B.T.W I though the St Anger album was okay and really liked death magnetic and everything before those two is amazing...

But god damn I want to smash up the soundesk that this was recorded on and destroy any evidence of its existence....

I'm slightly distraught.... I Think need a hug..... And memory deletion...

Theres 5:41 + searching time of my life I'll never get back...

Tho the underlying guitar is good, needs completely different lyrics tho...

Im hoping that Metallica are under some spell of Lou Reed and eventually they will break out of it. " I am the table" sounds like brainwashing to me.

He's probably a hater.

Anyway, they're using they're "ok" riffs on this LOU REED album. They save the good shit for their own.

Is this the best song on the album? Think I'll skip this one eeh. Lou Reed vocals suck.

I'm feeling a little bit old, remembering the amazing performance and sound of the 1984 "Ride the Lightning" tour...

Did it change my life?

Yes, I decided that night to become a sound engineer!

But I didn't listen to any of their other albums but the 2 firsts...

So it's still a great band for me!

Why? The 2 after the first 2 are FAR better albums. Master of Puppets and And Justice for All are amazing.

It's just that I stopped listening to new hard rock albums!
