After Action report Dialoge

I know how to use addAction but I have never messed about with creating custom dialogues. Id like to create a Dialogue for players to post a written AAR to the notes section of the map so that JIP players and other players know the situation without having to pester someone for it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

To tie it into the briefing you would need to use createDiaryRecord and associated commands I think. You will need to keep multiplayer and JIP in mind which may make it more complicated if you are talking about dynamic text entered by previous players.

Dialogs can be challenging but are also a lot of fun! I highly recommend looking at others missions/scripts/addons that use dialogs and see what might or might not work for your purposes. Good luck!

MSO and War In Takistan have little message boards you can leave messages for players with. Might look into those.
