UAV terminal in Manhattan mission

Where axactly is UAV terminal and how it could bee used?

UAV control van is at GPS COORS 115040 very near the border of 114040

Approach by passing Shaftoe from left side and continue southeast past the armory covered by camouflage net.

After camouflage net turn right to face south and go as close as possible to the rear of the van.

Scroll your mouse wheel to open action menu and choose UAV

You should see something like this.
