tango delta 10 Posted June 28, 2011 Hello, Just installed ArmA 2 free.. looks like I've got to get the full game now! On the website it says that the free version fully supports campaigns for ArmA 2 vanilla. I've tried a few, but none of them work. On startup, I get a warning that states, that the signature of xxx.pbo is wrong. Extracted under Bohemia Interactive/ArmA 2/Campaigns, which is the folder I created as per instructions. Maybe they need to be re-edited to point to ArmA 2 Free instead of ArmA 2? Signature maybe points to the version needed, and addons etc., dunno. I wanna try a campaign! How? celery 8 Posted June 28, 2011 (edited) I'm going out on a limb to say that you are trying to play campaigns that require addons or Operation Arrowhead. Try ones that need only Arma 2. Is it possible for end users to de-pbo those campaign pbo's and play them as standalone missions? Or will it break down completely for lacking data from previous missions? Zipper5 74 Posted July 9, 2011 If you were to depbo a campaign and stick each mission file into the folder you load missions in the Editor from, then you could play them I'm sure. If a campaign is well-made there should be fail-safes in place for if a variable that's meant to be passed by other missions is not, so they shouldn't break.
