willclark1993 10 Posted June 19, 2011 okay so i heard on the grape vine that Arma 2 hates AMD chips and although i only got my computer a week ago i hope anyone could give me any info on whether this will affect my gameplay? My computer spec:AMD Radeon HD 6700 1gig dedicated graphics card. 6gig dual memory (2x2gig and 1x1gig) and AMD Phenom II X6 1055T processor 2.80 GHZ. If the bugs are minor and or are fixed in a patch just let me know because i am a huge fan of the flashpoint/arma games but if they are major, any information on how to get the best out of the game let me know please. Lincks 10 Posted June 19, 2011 You sholud have no problem, I run AMD Phenom II X6 1055T processor 3.5 GHZ using AMD overdrive, 8 gig dual memory ATI 5870 1gig (only had to roll driver back to 10.12 had problems with other drivers)I run everything on full 5km view distance and averge out at 50-60 fps (lows 25-30 highs over 100) and you have higher spec graphics.
