MrWonderman92 10 Posted June 17, 2011 Hey guys im having trouble with Arma OA, when i try to uninstall the game i get a error popping up saying, !!!MISSING STRING, ive tryed everything i could think of but nothing is working would be great if someone could help ! Lou Montana 101 Posted June 17, 2011 Did you eventually erase any of the files like "uninstall.csv" from the game dir ? Anyway, you still can manually erase the game files from its folder, then edit the registry (Windows+R -> Run -> regedit) and erase [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive\Arma 2] ([HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Bohemia Interactive\Arma 2] if on a 64b system) the installer will then find no game on your system, and you will be able to install it again :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
