I think the Combat Operations its the patched up Armed Assault.

ArmA: Combat Operations is the name of ArmA 1 in North America, ArmA: Armed Assault is the name of ArmA 1 in the rest of the world. They are the same game, just with different monikers. I wonder if they'll be the patched versions or v1.00 on release. ;)

Not that it really matters but "Arma: Arma Assault" an "Arma: Combat Operations" are only different in the campaign cutscenes/dialog? far as i can tell.

For example

Arma: Arma Assault cutscene

Arma: Combat Operations cutscene

But Im wanting this for sure.

Yup, like 50 times better. I didnt play the campaign on Combat Operations due to this.

They may have changed it in patches though. I'm not sure.

Red Hammer was developed by Codemasters, not Bohemia Interactive.
