How to setup combined operations server in Linux?

I'm looking for a quick way to make my server run CO.

Do it as you would set up a normal server, with OA content (mostly in common and expansion folder). Remember NOT to use full version of BAF/PMC, use only Lite version which is supplied for free.

Not necessary (if you don't want different configs). Just remember to use the OA Linux binary (server files) and config files is now called arma2oa.
