USSoldier11B 0 Posted May 20, 2002 Anyone see it? Fucking lame, I was soooo dissapointed. I never really liked any of the espisodes that were off of the "syndicate" alien conspiracy theory topic. This of course was the main plot of the entire series, which I found very intriguing. They said that secrets would be revealed in this final episode, but I didn't see any. They just recapped everything that I alredy knew, plus they left some of the stuff out. Ole' Chris Carter must have really been out of ideas because this 2 hour chucnk of programing was cheesy. It pretty much ended with nothing resolved. The aliens will still invade on Jan 22, 2012 and enslave humanity. They had better make a follow up movie to show how the aliens are foiled. Warin 0 Posted May 20, 2002 Of course it's the set up for another movie! I mean..Skinner going into the office.... The telepathic kid... Mulder and Scully talking about hope... It just screams movie. I did think that the Smoking Man being alive was a cool thing...though I guess it when I saw the actor's name in the beginning credits. All in all, probably the best X Files episode in years But then again, I thought after they moved production from Vancouver that it slid down hill in a rapid fashion.
