lonesoldier 0 Posted May 20, 2002 I was just wondering, will there be snow and winter in resistance? It would be cool if there was. Just my thoughts
LordZach 0 Posted May 20, 2002 i doubt it since it's an island semi-near the others
Aculaud 0 Posted May 20, 2002 yeah, but......they still get snow in that area at least once a year, right?
LordZach 0 Posted May 20, 2002 according to suma or maruk i believe the island climates are set for 40 degrees north which i think i'm at like 39.97 here in California at about 300 feet/100 meters ASL and it never snows here, add being in the middle of the ocean and i doubt it but i'm far from a meterologist although there is a hot one on the local ABC channel here
ALDEGA 0 Posted May 20, 2002 Being at the same longtitude doesn't mean you get the same weather. eg, on the west coast of the US it may be relatively warm, while it's snowing on the east coast (same lattitude). Correct me if I'm wrong (I don't live in the US ).
LordZach 0 Posted May 20, 2002 that is true i was however going for the comparing of the climates since i imagine they would be similar (or at least how i would imagine the islands)
Antichrist 0 Posted May 20, 2002 Well it also depends on oceanic currents
