Czech Mate 10 Posted May 9, 2011 Hi Bohemia I just tried installing the latest update, the 79600. It says that it installed successfully but ingame it shows that its still at 79384 (1.59.79384) in bottom left corner

ast65 10 Posted May 9, 2011 You can modify these parameters in the commandline of your shortcut (under properties).
Czech Mate 10 Posted May 9, 2011 yes that works for standard OA beta launcher but not the CO_beta.cmd which launches combined ops with -window -cpuCount=2 -nosplash
ast65 10 Posted May 9, 2011 I don´t get you mate:p, just use the "standard OA beta launcher" then, you´ll have full CO access aswell.
Czech Mate 10 Posted May 9, 2011 (edited) i dont get co access with that launcher....but im kinda liking this cpucount 2...runs more stable it seems ..... thnx for your help (5/5 stars for actually helping out) and sorry about my ignorance XD EDIT: how do you get CO access with standard OA beta launch?? vohk 10 Posted May 10, 2011 EDIT: how do you get CO access with standard OA beta launch?? I'm going to guess he has the retail or sprocket version. AFAIK, they install into the same directory and automatically launch as CO whenever you start OA. Steam (or any separate directory install) requires something like symlinks or an extra entry in the -mod= parameter. Grab a launcher off armaholic (Spirited Machine, alpinestars, etc), point it toward the beta .exe and let it make the shortcut for you. Adjust other launch parameters as needed.
