Going back a few pages to my post;

Ten Rules of War Established at the Second Hague Peace Conference 1907

http://history1900s.about.com/od/timelines/tp/1900timeline.htm

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hague_Conventions_of_1899_and_1907

So it's October 18th, 1907.

Most of the great powers, including the United States, Britain, Russia, France, China, and Persia, favored a binding international arbitration, but the condition was that the vote should be unanimous, and a few countries, led by Germany, vetoed the idea.

Big thanks to everyone taking the time to update the wiki. :)

So it (QG) didn't come up on seeker and I don't have to stress out that my seeker.exe is different than everyone elses. Gotcha.

I find that the new ten rules of war in the 2nd Hague Peace Conference is mainly about navy and sea warfare

ok dice we got it ;)

I'm only reposting due to the fact that no one can seem to slow down and read. Everyone is worried about some folders in an online database that we can't even access. The clue led straight to what I posted.

Is the time seeker thing speeding up, or is the speed constant? I'm almost at July 1908 now and timed how long it took for a single day: ~9 seconds.

That's, on average ~4.5 minutes per month -> 54 minutes per year.

Found here :

Rules of war- Caliph Abu Bakr (7thC ce)

Stop, O people, that I may give you ten rules for your guidance in the battlefield. Do not commit treachery or deviate from the right path. You must not mutilate dead bodies. Neither kill a child, nor a woman, nor an aged man. Bring no harm to the trees, nor burn them with fire, especially those which are fruitful. Slay not any of the enemy's flock, save for your food. You are likely to pass by people who have devoted their lives to monastic services; leave them alone.[4]

Under the reign of Abu Bakr as Caliph 2 major events :

- Invasion of Sassanid Persian Empire

- Invasion of Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire

Maybe it's a countdown to an announcement!

I cant test here, Cheat Engine is a tool to trace Adress operations of any programm running on your PC. It also enables you to "speed up" timers in programs, e.g. pretending 10 RL secs to be 1 sec... etc

the number change is not always from 0 to 9

from the left to right, the 4th number changes as 0-9, 0-9, 0-3.

the 3rd is 0-2

the 5th is 0-5

and so on

I can't test here either, unfortunately. Guessing you're not at home either. ;)

Sounds like a good idea for someone to give it a try though.

Not as of August 27th 1908. :(

But no worries. Assuming the time seeker doesn't speed up, it will have caught up with our time by Sunday...

^^, see you on Sunday, MadDogX :)

I see I'm not the only one who did the math. Unless you're referring to CF, in which case I might see you tomorrow for training aswell. ;)
