Takistan is based on Afghanistan,Bamyan province, southwest from Yakawlang. South Asia (TKOH) border between the states of California and Arizona. Note that the starting point of the ToH Community Preview flight was near the town of Sakee, where the second "e" in the label for Dahane Petaw is.
