different Spawning times/options for OPFOR and BLUFOR

Hello guys, is there a way to get different spawning times/options for OPFOR and BLUFOR in a PvP mission? I want to have OPFOR spawning immediate and BLUFOR no spawn. I am sure that the answer is very simple! i just cant see it!

try using a killed Eventhandler and just reset their damage to 0 and setPos them to wherever spawn point marker is, based on side of unit.
