Map mark by trigger (HELP)

Hello, how can I make a mark in the map by a trigger?

I manage to make a pickeable document and trigger activation, after doing a hard search in google and the forums. I did the same with map marks but didnt find too much help or didnt understand how :s

What I want to do is, when I (or someone else) pick up the documents, a trigger is activated and then a mark appears in the map showing some specific position
