I saw many addons on sites which are based (models are) on official models. How did they do and how can I make my addon then?

Either those are officially ArmA 1 sample models or they are illegally ripped. The latter is a absolutely no-go if you plan to stay member of this forum.

if you are talking about retextures, than you won't needs samples.

If I would like to retexture it Illegaly, then I wound remove this treat. That's why I decided to make them using BIS models. And now can anyone give me tutorial how to merge animations on some BIS Sample Model of character, so that it can normally walk, shoot, stalth . . . in game?

You don't need samples for a retexture.

there was an official release of bis arma 2 models with the release of arma 2!

it came with the new head model (bystra.p3d) aswell as a skeleton model and a russian soldier model (soldier.p3d)

The human sample model is the only one released for ArmA2 so far.

Everything else is illegally ripped and can not be used in your own models.

Please report such files to the moderating team if you find them.

For retexturing models you need no sample models as said.
