[SP] Operation Clean Air 1.00

Recommended Posts

Operation Clean Air

pic.jpg

Situation:

AWACS is reporting that five enemy aircafts are moving into Chernorus airspace from north east. Two of them are IL-76 transport aircrafts plus three

accompanying Su-34s fighters. It is safe to assume that the IL-76s are fully loaded with infantry and probablyarmor, too. Also, there are two Su-34s

incoming from north west. After taking down the IL-76s, it is extremely important to take down the Su-34s to gain absolute air superiority for future operations. Now get in the air with your F-16! When accomplished RTB. Good luck!

If having problems with the carrier landing check the Youtube Video.

This is my very first mission and my plan is to create a SP pilot campaign for the 102 km x 102 km Pyrénées Map (http://www.armaholic.com/forums.php?m=posts&p=86758),

which is just perfect for flying. The campaign will probably focus on dogfights and only a little on CAS. Also, I won´t do the mistake again, to create

the campaign with Combined Operations. It will run with OA and several Addons.

Features:

Voiced

Fast paced dogfight mission

Custom music

Carrier landing

Feedback:

Feedback and constructive criticism is highly appreciated and will help to improve future projects.

Changelog:

Changelog:

GLT GPS/INS added

GLT MOAB (GBU-43/B) added

Looks cool! I'll have to try it when I get home tonight. I've been eager to see some more air-based missions around here.

Good mission but I cant understand why US planes use a Russian carrier?

Otherwise I like your mission alot.

Same here... F16 on an aircraft carrier?

and a Russian one??

I like the concept, but maybe you should try it more realistic.

Glad u liked the mission!

I´ve tried all available carriers: the LHD is to small(narrow) for the mission design.

The HMS Queen Elizabeth is looking to unfinished. Also it has problems with the ramp - damaging the vehicle.

The Kuznetsov is big enough, the tug is working properly and it is looking better then the HMS QE.

Just imagin it was a U.S. Carrier

I wanted to create a F-16 mission instead of a F35 or AV8B mission because I think this is an awesome addon. I could change it all to another carrier and/or other aircraft and sacrifice fun for realism. ;)

Finally an airplane mission. Looking forward to the campaign

As to the carrier, Jumpdog is in the process of making a US nimitz but it's still very WIP. I'm lending a hand on the side. Maybe by the time you're done with your campaign it will be done :)

Watch your speed and turns, shouldn´t be to difficult with a little practice.
