P:\ca\Data\Library

I'll also mention that having your entire arma installation unpacked holds superior advantages.

Thanks Gnome!

Yeah, it's all unpacked, and almost all useful objects are placed in the corner of my map for easy reach! :-)

And I thought I'd gone through every single object already...

Pretty confident I've never seen small power lines or a bridge as you describe .....

Tried shrinking and sinking (lower into terrain) an existing power line model?

No, shrinking and sinking the terrain is not possible, because those powerline which are available are made for the Big ones, numbers of lines etc, and if I set the bigger ones deeper into the ground it comes that the powerlines going under the ground ^^

I also watched over Zargabad and Takistan, and saw that there isnt any small powerlineholder with fit powerlines, they just got nothing on it.

So I think I have to live with that :(

hoped to find smaller ones, so I can put in an realer electricity to the settlements

@thromp, the big ones and thos smaller holders are in there, right, but it seems to be that there are no smaller powerlines available :(

No, shrinking and sinking the terrain is not possible, (

No, I said shrinking and sinking the models.

Every object / models can be scaled.

Problem with smaller powerlines, colision detection. Should it have any, or should it be ignored.

Why? because in places on the terrain, for sure its going to be too low and trucks and stuff are going to hit it.

No promises;

Provide the name of the power poles you want wires between and I'll make a new wires model for you. New model can be added into your terrain PBO.

Suspect I will make them with no colision detect (visual only), but we shall see.

Edit:

Also check \CA\buildings\trafostanica_velka_draty

Thank you gnat.

I have Never thought about Scaling Objekts :)

I will Try it, but I think it Even will Not fit to the Other powerpoles and Lines.

The object you told is Good for get an Connection from Travo to power Pole, but again no Fitting to OA powerpoles :)

It Would be Pretty Nice to have some Objekts to Build powerlines from House to House and also Using smaller powerlines between smaller spreaded settlements.

The classnames from OA powerpoles, i Must have a Look this afternoon :)

@ Edit:

About the classnames of the OA Powerpoles and Lines I used so far:

ca\structures_e\misc\misc_powerline\powerline_wire_bb_ep1 with ca\structures_e\misc\misc_powerline\powlineb_ep1

there are two powerlines combination to get an tight angle and also an connection to another one powerpole of OA:

ca\structures_e\misc\misc_powerline\powline_wire_a_left_ep1 and ca\structures_e\misc\misc_powerline\powline_wire_a_right_ep1

with compatible powerpole: ca\structures_e\misc\misc_powerline\powlinea_ep1

the smaller Powerpoles are:

ca\structures_e\misc\misc_powerline\PowLines_Conc"xxx"_EP1

Sorry for the double Posting.

But I have found the objects I have searched :yay:

http://i1142.photobucket.com/albums/n611/Wiz15/Baghlar/Test91.jpg

Those ones, and now it looks more natural for an settlement with electrics.

classnames below:

ca\structures_e\misc\misc_cables\misc_cable_v_ep1

ca\structures_e\misc\misc_cables\misc_cable_ep1

Cheers :)
