JSj 12 Posted December 22, 2010 (edited) You're not doing anything wrong, you just got to scare them all away, there are several groups. Are you sure you have found all of them? Anyway, sometimes the mission can not be completed even though you have scared them all away. Then you just have to reload and start over.
