PMC wont load - "resource title not found"

I just installed PMC over my Arma2:OA install and just tried starting the first mission of the campaign. When the game starts to load into the first cut scene I see the usual black screen that says "receiving". Then I get a pop up that says "Resource Title RscMissionScreen Not Found". I hit the space key on the keyboard and try to skip the cut scene, but of course, it just tries to load the cut scene again and I keep get that error.

I tried first launching from the PMC shortcut on my desktop. Then I tried launching Arma 2:OA from it's folder, I checked to make sure I had enabled the PMC expansion, but I still keep getting the same error? Anyone else run into this? Do I need to do a fresh install? I have no other mods or addons installed. It's just vanilla Arma 2:OA patched with the latest patch and PMC installed on it.

is your A2 OA updated to 1.57 and A2 PMC to 1.01 ?

in case of A2: CO also your A2 to 1.08?
