How do I open another person's mission in the editor?

I want to make some missions with the Undead mod so how do I open them in the mission editor?

Missions to be played by another person are compressed in to a PBO file 90% of the time. The uncompressed file for editing is SQM. You will need to download DePBO (you can find it at the wiki, community.bistudio.com) and un-PBO the file using it.
