In-game options crashed game completly, how do I delete the set options!!!

I was playing OFP and I maxed the settings, and the game crashed.

I can't get into the game again to change the settings/options.

I tried to re-install but the game reconises the computer/sets the same options, even reconises the username.

What file do I delete to get rid of in-game settings/options?

Can you give me a step-by-step guide, aka

[Load computer, all programes, codemasters] etc.

I did that once years ago, and my game did the same thing, you cannot max OFP settings, no one can as far as I know,

I suggest reinstall, about all i can think of for that, its been ages since I had that problem.

In the options set your settings about half way for most options, and others something higher but not maxed.

Theres just something about the OFP engine that wont and maybe cant render,

or allow something its kinda of weird.

Maybe someone else can give you a better answer that plays OFP regulary,

I still play but a couple times a week if I have time.

The settings should be in

Flashpoint.cfg that is located in ...\C:\Program Files\Codemasters\Operation Flashpoint\

UserInfo.cfg that is located in ...\Codemasters\Operation Flashpoint\Users\YourUserName\

Deleting those files and recreating them with the FlashpointPreferences.exe should be enough to get back to normal settings that were working for you.

Note that if you use vista/window7, you may need to do this to find those files :
