Custom Signs/Billboards

After a look through the forums I didn't see anything about how to change some of the signs IE; the FOB Revolver style signs. I noticed this playing on the 15th MEUs version of domination, thus they had created one with their own logo on it, I was curious if anyone might be able to shed some light on this for me.

Thanks, I was looking for like a swaptexture or something, must have overlooked that, I will give it a try.
