Random Mortars script?

i've been looking around the forum for sometime now but i can't seem to find, or does anyone have a script to basically:

-Spawn random Mortars around the players location as they move in just keep spawning random mortars around, and basically not have these mortars kill the player/s in one shot but just to do little damage depending on how far the mortar has hit from their location, so i guess reducing the damage that mortars do? and having them spawn randomly all around the player.
