Cutscene functionality, or perhaps a means of getting the ID of one specific object that you can't find otherwise.

any news on the chopper bug?

l really like to see gambreaking bugs and the AI gets fixed before any optional extras;-(!!!

We heard you the first time, stop being a little child and think about it. Probably the changes made in this build (armory and UI design) are done by completely different devs than the AI/flight-model code.

If the game is unplayable for you, roll back to a previous build.

What is this for? I dont get the point/use of it at all

Unlike games like Call of Duty and Medal of Honor there's more to Arma 2 then just shooting things. This is a great new feature! :)

It's probably the pbo files for changes to menu and armory.

VON and TS

Have there been VON improvements? It is probably placebo(the effect not the person) but amongst the people we were testing with we felt the VON was better.

On the other hand we rarely use in game VON (in favour of TS)-- so we aren't the most reliable of sources.

However we did have an interesting bug/encounter. All of a sudden we couldn't hear one onother over Teamspeak-- and only sporadically over ingame VON. Texting did appear to work-- and a third person was on TS who could confirm that HE heard both our voices.

Its probably unrelated to the betas, but have anyone experienced something similar?

@kylania: Does that change also affect stuff like attachTo? I know there are certain objects attachTo can't be used with. I.e I couldn't attachTo an object to a static C130J in order to get a light fixture in it, but it would work with a normal C130J.

@Dwarden:

please fix the ugly problem with AI units getting stuck in prone or crouched stance while using handguns, it's out from the beginning (1 year) and it's game breaking (entire groups can stop following their waypoints when leaders get stuck that way).

Also in OA AI units are still unable to enter many building positions (especially 2 story ones) ...

yes, this problem is making me sick also for about a year now. AI is just stuck with their pistols. Also the thing that you have to remove weapons from special forces/germans and chechs, this is major bugs...;-=)please do something against it! yes BIS support is great, but the prioritys seems to be VERY odd sometimes.

New multiplayer browser is nice, but needs to be in better resolution and in better colours, looks terrible at 1920x1200. Also the Server Control button obscures the messages from console online, maybe move it up a bit to leave space for a message or 2

Why???? Have you fixed the netcode and warping?

Fix the existing stuff.
