I want to make a scene with a full moon night, and I wonder what region in the globe is allocated this fictional Takistan, South Africa? Because I use this site for example, to see the time when the full moon is set.. and well, looks like is not South Africa becasue its very dark and no moon...

Takistan is 33 degrees north of the equator, according to CfgWorlds. Judging by the womens clothing and a documentary I saw on northern Afghanistan (identical clothing but with more color options), I'd say somewhere around there. Also I think that BIS uses their own fictional moon calendar cycle, so it's not going to match up to reality. There have been some long threads on that very topic.

AI turn their lights on when in SAFE mode (or CARELESS).

Try 7 days at a time, they do use a 28 day calendar, I just don't think it matches reality :)
