Are there any mods set during the 1950s and 1960s?

Recommended Posts

Seeing as though, a mod closed my other thread because they thought they I was requesting this..... Im asking if there are any mods set during this time period besides the Vietnam Conflict mods. Im not asking for one to be made, just asking if there are any mods ALREADY MADE.

This is a kind of weird question: the 1950s and 1960s WHERE and with WHOM? Indochina? American Midwest? East Germany? Finnish, Czech, Takistani army? I haven't got an answer to the question, but generally speaking mods tend to focus on either a) a certain conflict during a certain period of time (e.g. Korean war) or b) a certain set of units corresponding to a certain period of time (e.g. modern British forces, WW2-era Polish troops...) which can then be used to either recreate some particular conflict or simply invent a conflict where they can be used.

Maybe if you'd be more specific regarding what you're interested in (it seems you're interested in equipment and soldiers, rather than a specific conflict?) we could be of more help, but even so you'd probably have to specify a bit :) And once you've specified, you're half a step away from requesting, so really, you might as well post in the appropriate thread!

Regards,

Wolfrug

I mean, are there any mods with units related to the 1950s and 1960s besides the Vietnam era mods. No specific conflict.

usually, when a thread is closed, you either PM a moderator to have it opened, in order to avoid Cross Posting (rule 9), or you live with it.

Addon request thread also works for asking this sort of questions, no matter if it's a request, or just asking because you want to start your own mod or any other reason

To answer your question though, there is no mod based on 50's 60's units, released or in the works
