trouble with 1.54 patch and russian firm 1C

Dear misters.

I have got your game Operation Arowhead in Russia. Localization in Russia was carried out by firm 1С.

In using there was a following problem:

I have instal a patch 1.54 which have downloaded from a site http://www.arma2.com/supply/game-updates/folder.html?lang=en

After patch installation at start there were following errors

No entry bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUi/MPTable.shadow

and after it -

Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0

Before installation of a patch 1.54 I had a patch 1.52

I ask to help to solve this problem since the firm 1С has refused to carry out technical support for the reason that on their official site www.1c.ru there is no patch 1.54.
