Team member is "stuck" in standing position

We were on a hill and I noticed one of my team was standing upright, so I pointed at him and used the command menu to order him to go prone. But then We had to move and he just kept being prone so I told him to stand up. And now he is always standing up, he doesn't seem to ever crouch in cover or go prone like the rest of the team does automatically. So how do I get him from this "stuck" position to where he changes his stances automatically like the rest of the team?

Set him to Keep low. Its whichever one isn't stand, crouch, or prone. I think its Keep Low.

yup, keep low is 7, 3 , and then tell them 1, 1 to return to formation

so that he follows the rest or falls into commanded formation.
