grandkodiak 10 Posted August 1, 2010 Allow change of uniforms at the bases, i want a guille if im going on a snipe run. Ground vehicle steering and braking is horrid, fix the return to center steering for keyboard users, at slow speeds its a task just to make a 90 degree turn sometimes! also, why do all of them, including the atv and offroad motorcycle slow to a crawl on the slightest grade? AI ground vehicle is atrocious. they run into everything and anything. ground effect for helicopters would make flying low and fast much safer, its far to cumbersome without it to maintain smooth flight over elevating terrain without the cushion! when i change stance from any transition, dont have the charactor stop COLD and not respond to directional movements, at the VERY least allow a movement direction to cancel the transition. if im prone and i go to stand up and i notice a threat, i shouldnt have to wait to stand all the way up then go back down if im taking fire, thats not realistic at all and causes way to many accidental fatalities! its even worse when you have a tube a-t weapon, for some reason you put it on your back, then transition, then take it out, then put it back, then finalize, then take it back out. what the holy hell? might as well be doing squat thrusts in the middle of a battle. injured aiming accuracy... just get rid of it its a useless feature. ive never been shot but im sure unless you are hit in the arms you can still aim a rifle at close distances FAR more accuratly then depicted... you have it like riding a jeep over rocks aiming a pistol blindfolded drunk. if im shot in the leg, im pretty sure, especially prone, that i can hit atleast the broadside of a barn right in front of me. draw distance for danger objects should be increased... alot! how many times im in a uav lasing a target with inbound hellfires and the target gets drawn out of view so i can no longer aim at it.... or flying fast and then bam, AAA seems to spawn out of no where because the game decided that loading trees was as important as a target threat. changing weapon speed needs to increase dramatically. from a sling to a hostered weapon is about 3 times slower then even an amatuer weapon handler can accomplish. and if its a big weapon and you are underfire, it should be smart enough to relize that you want to draw your pistol because you are taking fire....IE DROP THE FREAKIN EMPTY RPG TUBE and draw out!! this ties into the next part: dismounting an armoured vehical needs to take much longer for enemy. if i hit an apc, within half a second the occupants spawn outside the thing weapons drawn, LONG before i can even switch back to a pistol or rifle. now, they are in an armoured tank that just got slammed by explosives, came to a screatching halt, and not only are they not phased at all, but they can merge through the hatch weapons ready and shoot me, before i can even transition from a kneel to standing or draw a pistol. Mostly, they are all the same too. Please, please stop with the "my 2 cents" type of threads... Wolfstriked 11 Posted August 1, 2010 I agree about the weapon sway while injured being ridiculous.There are many reasons sadly why I keep quitting playing OA everytime after a few minutes and that is one of them.I start OA and start sneaking up on enemies and everything feels good until I get shot at which point I wanna throw my keyboard at the wall.Why is this game like this?It could be so good it boggles my mind at times.The weapon sway feels good at a certain point and its not when zero but just a bit for realism.This injured weapon sway is terrible as is that exhaustion weapon sway.Just increase weapon sway slightly when injured/panting heavily and adjust spray of weapon instead with dispersion.
