SGT. Armstrong 0 Posted April 25, 2002 I was cruising through OFP.co.uk and I saw these mods of Operation Vietnam, Kosovo Crisis but the one that intersted me the most was the Falklands war mod (The last war where British forces fought for their colonies, the Falklands and S.Georga which were invaded by argentine forces if you Americans might not know what the war was!! and I was wondering what is it and how do you play them? ALDEGA 0 Posted April 25, 2002 Mods are "modifications". They use the original game engine, but with new units, new campaign, etc... Currently there isn't any "real" mod available. It will take quite a while before they are released.

"MOD" can stand for 'modification' or 'module'. Two different meanings. Modification - Addon, or what ever. Module - A completely different game, but based on an existing game.
