Can Helicopters (flying) be targeted by RPGs / OA?

Note: I'm not "officially" releasing this, so I won't bother to make a release thread. :d:

Edit: Does not really seem to cause balance issues, Ai will only shoot and ahve a cahnge to hit at about 130 and below airspeed, higher than that they won't shoot or will miss. Also, the quantity of RPG's needed to brign down a chopper is almost absurd. Will still use this however as a way to punish foolish chopper pilots who hover over a hot area haha.

I suspect this is also due to the proximity fuse behavior. RPGs have low splash damage, and so it looks like even a would-be direct hit isn't actually making contact but airbursting right before (thus the chopper only recieves the lower indirect hit damage and not the higher direct hit damage).

This explains the behaviour i'm seeing too. Was going to suggest adjusting some config values but I guess it needs something a little different.

Are you sure on this, with regard to RPGs??? I don't believe so. I've never had an RPG fired in base A2 game...unless the Helicopter was already ON the ground....Yes, some small arms fire, but not RPGs.

That is what this addon does....has RPGs firing on Helicopters..

I've had them incoming, you have to be in a very specific butter-zone of being within range of the RPG (around 500m, probably less for AI), low speed and low altitude
