Solo247 0 Posted November 17, 2001 When I started up the game, the ground terrain is white...no grass or anything like that. Any suggestions?
Matt0153 0 Posted November 17, 2001 Well as i was told about this (i did fix it) your graphics card does not have enough memory on it too render all the ground. So what I did was went out and bought a Radeon 7500, well that worked, but it is your video card. upgrade it
Hoop 0 Posted November 17, 2001 What are your system specs Solo247?
Hoop 0 Posted November 17, 2001 If you read the Avon Ladys OFP FAQ, she says that white terrain may be fixed by updating your drivers. http://www.theavonlady.org/theofpfaq/#trouble.islewhite Try installing the latest drivers for your video card and see if it makes a difference. Solo247 0 Posted November 17, 2001 Graphics card is a Intel 810 Controller...updated the drivers and it didn't do anything to terrain...just some of the textures. I'm guessing I gotta get a whole new card.
Matt0153 0 Posted November 18, 2001 yep the 810 only has 4mb on it, OFP needs 8mb at least, so i guess a new card is all u can do too help.

toha 0 Posted March 2, 2002 Turn off multitexturing from Flashpoint Video options, it should help.
ALDEGA 0 Posted March 2, 2002 OF only "supports" (officially/guaranteed) 3dcards with 16 megabyte ram or more (with exception of the voodoo2 which only requires 8) More into detail you will notice that there is NO onboard videocontroller on the "supported videocards" list.
